The basics
Practice management software for Indian advocates. Your causelist, matters, hearings, drafts, research and invoices sit in one workspace, and every piece is tied to the case's CNR number.

No. If your practice runs on WhatsApp groups and a printed causelist today, it can run on VakeelOS. Screens follow the way Indian litigation already works.

Pricing is not public yet. Practices that join during early access lock in early-adopter pricing, and invoices are payable over UPI.
Getting started
Causelist sync covers all 25 High Courts, 161 district courts across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Delhi, and NCLT and ITAT benches.
Most advocates are live within forty minutes. We import a CSV of cases or you start from scratch. The Bar Council verification step takes a single OTP.
Add your Bar Council enrolment and CNR numbers, and case details come in from eCourts. You can also import a CSV of the matters you already have.
Causelist and eCourts CNR workflows are designed for practising advocates. We ask for your Bar Council enrolment details once during onboarding so your court and case records stay correctly attributed.
Day to day
Yes. Causelist and CNR pulls run on a schedule with automatic retries and drift checks. When a court portal is flaky, the failure surfaces quietly in the dashboard, never in your inbox.
Yes, on the Firm plan. Roles map to how a chamber actually moves: senior, junior, clerk. Each role sees a different default dashboard and can be scoped per case.
The UI ships in English with a Hindi locale toggle. AI Drafter accepts Hindi prompts and produces Devanagari + Roman scripts side-by-side for hybrid filings.
VakeelOS issues net invoices in INR. Advocates can attach their own tax line items as needed. We don't auto-apply GST because most advocates are below the threshold and prefer to opt-in manually.
Data and security
All data lives in Indian data centres in Mumbai. Documents are stored encrypted; audit logs sit beside them. We never replicate to non-Indian regions.
No. We have written zero-data-retention agreements with our LLM providers. Your prompts and uploads are isolated and not used to train any foundational model.
Cancel any time. We keep your data for 30 days after you leave, and we export it for you on request.
