Privacy Notice

This notice covers information submitted through the public VakeelOS marketing website. It does not describe a future VakeelOS product account or legal-practice data processing.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address and, if you provide them, your firm or practice name, city, and phone number. Contact and walkthrough requests may also include your role, organisation, practice size, and message.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, manage early-access invitations, arrange product walkthroughs, and communicate about VakeelOS. We do not use these forms to collect case files, client records, or other confidential legal material.
Service providers
Waitlist submissions are sent to Airtable. Contact and walkthrough submissions are sent to Formspree. Those providers process the submitted information to deliver these forms. Their own privacy and security terms also apply.
Retention and your choices
We retain form submissions while they are needed to handle the request and manage early access. You may ask us to correct or delete your submission, or opt out of further messages, by contacting us at the address below.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards for submitted information. Because our form providers operate distributed services, we do not promise that marketing-form data remains only in India.
